Alexandra Meyder-Cyrus has over 17 years’ experience in the areas of real estate investment and asset management in Germany and the USA.

Alexandra Meyder-Cyrus has been working for argoneo since 2009, initially with responsibility for asset management of the Sony Center in Berlin. Since May 2011 she has been the Regional Head in charge of the Company’s asset management activities in Northern and Eastern Germany, and since the middle of 2010 of the asset management activities in Benelux.

Before joining argoneo, Alexandra Meyder-Cyrus worked for the real estate investment firm RREEF in New York City. In her function as Vice President Portfolio Management, her responsibilities included financial management of the assets of various real estate portfolios of institutional investors and the assessment of investment opportunities in residential and commercial properties. Other steps of her career include Deutsche Bank Realty Advisors, Inc., New York City, where Alexandra Meyder-Cyrus was Associate Asset Management & Acquisitions between 1998 and 2002 and before that assistant to the CEO, as well as the function of assistant to the Managing Director of Deutsche Grundbesitz Management GmbH, Frankfurt am Main.

Alexandra Meyder-Cyrus graduated as economic assistant from the Dr. Buhmann Schule in Hanover. At the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies, she completed various further training courses for two semesters in the areas of real estate investment and feasibility, real estate financing, and lease negotiations.
