Our mission is to create and maximize value for our customers. The people who work for our company are just as important to us as the properties we manage. In 2009 we launched the argoAcademy, a continuous

internal training program to advance and motivate our employees (more information: argoAcademy).

Our aim is to be Germany’s best asset manager in terms of expertise and service. This ambitious aim is in line with our corporate culture, which is inspired by the legend of the Argonauts – the heroes of Greek mythology who proved on their quest for the Golden Fleece how the highest goals can be reached by working as a team that draws its strength from the individual qualities of each member.
